Read the full article →Bernard Taylor made it official on June 9, filing his candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives at the Florida Division of Elections in Tallahassee. A fourth-generation Floridian, EMT, and firefighter, Taylor is running on a platform focused on lowering costs for families, protecting Social Security and Medicare, expanding healthcare access, and creating economic opportunity across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches. "I am running for Congress because I believe we need leaders who will listen, lead with integrity, and put people ahead of politics," Taylor said.
